Online Yoga Refinements & Mentorship

I offer online instruction and mentorship for those unable to practice with me in person.

The way an online session works is that we start with a 30-45 minute in-depth Skype (or phone) consultation so we can discuss your goals, questions or whatever is on your mind.

I will set up an initial yoga program based on our discussion. Each time we check in, we can discuss any questions and refine your practice.

Online Movement & Mobility

Sessions available with Adarsh via video chat (or phone). After a FREE 30 min consultation, we will create a personal stretching routine based on your specific goals/needs.

After your initial consultation we will send you a stretching chart detailing your routine in pdf format. Follow up sessions will focus on correcting alignment and posture, answering questions and staying motivated on your program. The stretching program will evolve as your body changes.
